This weekend, the family worked on our annual gingerbread house. Daughter #1 designed the backdoor and one side and half of the roof while Daughter #2 designed the front door, the other side and the other half of the roof. The brothers helped with the frosting application.
Then the girls and I designed the backyard. We have a pool, a sidewalk, and a snowman holding a broom.
We had so much fun as usual doing fun family things. I love this time of year because all the kids are home, the LOML is home from work and we can do anything we want to do TOGETHER.
Here is the President of the United States’ gingerbread house. Not too shabby but I like ours better!
